In 90 percent of cases, there is abnormal uterine bleeding, from insignificant staining to a hemorrhage. Most women will have symptoms when the cancer is in its earlier stages. Occasionally there may also be pain in the pelvis, back or legs, bladder or rectal symptoms, weight loss and general weakness. Five percent of women will have no symptoms.
